Fast, Easy, and Certified: The Georgia Backflow Pros Process 〰️

You’ve received a letter from the county saying your backflow preventer needs testing. What happens next? At Georgia Backflow Pros, we make the process simple. Whether you are a homeowner or a business manager, here is exactly what you can expect when you schedule with us.

Easy Scheduling

1

When you call or email us, you aren’t getting a call center—you’re reaching a local expert.

  • Fast Response: As our customers will tell you, we pride ourselves on speed. We often have same-day or next-day availability.

  • Urgent Compliance: Don't worry. We specialize in helping clients who are past due on their testing get compliant immediately.

Arrival & Setup

2

Our technicians arrive on time and fully prepared.

  • Fully Stocked Trucks: We carry parts for almost every make and model of backflow assembly. If a repair is needed, we aim to fix it in one visit so you don't have to wait.

  • Polite & Professional: We respect your property and your time.

The Inspection

3

You do not need to do anything during this step. We handle it all.

  1. Water Shut Off: We will temporarily turn off the water supply to the backflow device. This usually lasts only a few minutes.

  2. Visual Check: We inspect the assembly for cracks, leaks, or wear.

  3. Pressure Test: Using calibrated gauges, we measure the pressure difference in your valves to ensure contaminated water cannot flow backward into the clean water supply.

  4. Water Restoration: Once testing is complete, we turn your water back on immediately

The Results & Paperwork

4

This is the part our customers love the most—we handle the red tape.

  • If You Pass: We fill out all the necessary test reports and submit them directly to the county/water purveyor for you. You get a copy for your records, and we handle the rest.

  • If Repairs Are Needed: Because we arrive fully stocked, we can usually repair a failed unit right then and there. No rescheduling, no trip fees ever.
